In 2018, I was stopped by cops while traveling back with purchased marijuana and paraphernalia from San Diego, CA to Phoenix, AZ. I wrote in the charge sheets that the illegal stuffs belong to me. However, the case was dismissed eventually without prejudice. I am traveling to my home country due to an emergency situation and have to get my visa stamped at the embassy. Already, I have disclosed that I have been arrested on the DS-160 forms.
- How can I be prepared for rejection?
- I have been sober for like three months, should I wait for more months just in case if I was asked to take sophisticated drug tests not like those instant strip tests which I m showing negative.
- Recently joined Intensive Outpatient Therapy sessions hoping that would help me in the interview. Will it really help?
- I have a 10 month old baby who is an US citizen and worried about his future. What can I do to help him out?
- Recently bought a home to and how can I take care of my belongings here. Will I get an option to comeback and sell my stuffs?
- I m planning to just tell the truth about what happened. But is there an effective way of answering it when asked by the interviewer?
Thanks in advance.
