TN visa POE choice

Currently working on TN in the US, but found a new job and starting soon. I’m applying in what I’ve heard is an easy category (attorney). I can choose to either fly to Buffalo (peace bridge) or to YTZ and apply at Newark when I’m back.

I’ve heard that Newark is fairly straight forward? What’s your experience? It would be easier for me to do Newark because I won’t have to get a cab to peace Bridge from the airport, etc. On the other hand, in the off chance that the officer finds something wrong with my application, I have to then buy a ticket back to Canada…

I used Montreal last time, but there doesn't seem to be an affordable direct flight now, so it's not an option for me.

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: ​ " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case.
