I applied again this year but did some digging in advance on what there is to be done in case you win (wishful thinking) and found out you are supposed to declare past employment history in the ds-260 form, the thing is I'm from a non EU country and I've worked 3 times in Italy, while I made sure not to overstay my visa (one of the times on a student visa as I was studying there), I wasn't exactly supposed to be able to work in Italy. The jobs were relatively simple (1 time dishwasher and twice receptionist), they pay you below minimal wage hence they don't hire locals (win/win), make up some fake internship papers and have your cost of living covered (housing and some times food too)So I'm worried if this affects my chances of qualification and if the uscis cares enough to look into this
