Little stain on my visa

Dear all,

I have the US F1 student visa on my passport. Unfortunately, I have a small stain right above my head in the visa picture that happened without realizing that the stain was actually on the other page of the visa, but it got on the visa page itself when I folded the passport. Will this affect me by any chance when I travel to the US?
