Is this enough evidence to get me in trouble, nd prove my marriage is a fraud?

My boyfriend asked me to help get him citizenship status in the US. So I went ahead and helped him with the process, we are now legally married. We have already registered for my mail to be sent to his home, and I have changed my address to his address. But we currently do not live together, I still stay at my mothers and its been like this since November 2020. My concern is since my boyfriend and I not living together is it enough evidence for a court to rule it a fraud marriage, especially if it can be proven that I do not live with him. Thanks.
