Travel to Mexico with notice of action but no green card possible?

Hello! I have plans to have a short vacation in Mexico but just realized my 10 year green card still has not arrived (approved for removing conditions on August 2021). I already sent an inquiry online. And I also applied for my naturalization. Would it be enough documentation for me to get back to the US with my expired conditional green card and the notice of approval for removing conditions? Would that also be enough to get into Mexico? Infopass appointments are super delayed where I am and I'm not expecting to get an appointment before my travel time. It was poor planning on my part to have booked anything before double checking but it has been stressful these past months. Any experience or advice with this? Thank you!
