Employee getting moved to different team with same title while I-485, I-131 and I-765 pending, with a valid H-1B stamped visa. Are there any changes needed?
Does the employee or the lawyer have to do anything if the employee is moving to a different team within the same organization?
Or can they just wait for the combo card to arrive before making any changes to the filed petition?
