Do you think the parliamentarian is right on her decision to not include some sort of legislation on the budget?

I for once don't see how is that not budget related?

For example the daca recipients have to pay $465 every 2 years to renew their work permits, there are more 699,000 of them 699,000 x $465 = $325,035,000.

This is the money they are making on top of taxation they are already paying because now they are not illegal and have to pay taxes using their social.

So this is additional money we receive just by the fact of making them legal.

How isn't making a law to reform immigration not considered budgetary?
