What will be the process if i have a CR1 Visa moving to US and my port of entry is just a layover?

Hi im from the Philippines and im just curious what will be the process if im flying from here to US but i have 2 stops Qatar and then LAX before i land to Colorado? Will the immigration interview me already and will do the same thing when i land in Denver?
