Fiancé visiting

Hi there. My fiancé plans on visiting me soon to the US as we haven’t seen each other since the country locked down from overseas (Aus) last year. We have a K1 pending, it’s at the embassy but Sydney consulate has been closed since July.

Question is, should I be worried they won’t be allowed in the US? Staying here would delay the process more and they need to go back home still to sell vehicles, resign, and basically do all the things one does before they do move. We can provide employment letter? Perhaps a statutory declaration (or a notarized letter) stating they are going back and I have a lawyer 🤷🏼‍♀️ What else should we provide to prove they are going back after their visit?

DS-260 Have you ever attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?

Ok so I’m not sure what to put down here, I have a high school diploma and currently attending college! So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer!
