Hi there. My fiancé plans on visiting me soon to the US as we haven’t seen each other since the country locked down from overseas (Aus) last year. We have a K1 pending, it’s at the embassy but Sydney consulate has been closed since July.
Question is, should I be worried they won’t be allowed in the US? Staying here would delay the process more and they need to go back home still to sell vehicles, resign, and basically do all the things one does before they do move. We can provide employment letter? Perhaps a statutory declaration (or a notarized letter) stating they are going back and I have a lawyer 🤷🏼♀️ What else should we provide to prove they are going back after their visit?
