Hello Guys,
I am currently on day 1 CPT. My H1b has been picked up and got RFE. The lawyer is lazy ass MF (I can go on vent about him all day long) and has not responded to RFE. I have provided all the required and supporting documents to them for them to respond quickly. I am working for Company A (never going to support for H1B), filed through company B (Indian Staffing firm) and currently expecting a very good full-time offer from Company C. Company A and B are not related at all. Once (Hopefully) my H1B will be approved I will start working with Company B. Initially, I thought that they would respond within the regular time frame and I would start my H1b with Company B from October 1st but that MF still has not responded. So I have some questions hope yall help me pacify my anxiety and worry.

Once that lawyer submits RFE usually how long (regular processing and/or premium) will it take to get approval and other documents from USCIS (Don't worry I won't file a lawsuit against you if USCIS won't send me documents within the time frame you would suggest me in the comments lol)
-
When will my H1B start, let's say they send me approval by the end of October (since I have already passed the Oct1st deadline so obviously I can't start H1B with backdated time)

Once it will be approved then when can I transfer H1B to Company C? Is there any specific amount of time should I serve as an H1B with company B before starting the transfer process? Also, what documents do USCIS ask from me for and during transfer?
Thank you All, please forgive my vent since I am super stressed about this situation and a lot of my stress is from working for Company A and the moment I will get the H1B approval I will submit my resignation, done done with them.
