Hey everyone,
I am from a country that isn't eligible to enter the DV but my wife is from one that is eligible.
We have submitted her DV application and I'm getting mixed information as to whether I'm able to submit a separate? We were fairly certain until I had to submit a photo as part of her application then it was brought into question.
I have searched everywhere but cannot find a conclusive answer that I'm confident in so hoping someone here can help.
So can married individuals submit one DV application each (two total) if only one of them is from an eligible country?
