Hi all, I was notified there was an update in my portal. This has been after I submitted documents for review and my review date was supposed to be some time this week. When I logged into the portal, all my documents continue to show as completed and paid. I have received no new messages in my email or portal inbox from NVC. Is there an issue with the portal itself?
Any help would be much appreciated!
