I’m a US citizen filing for my parents. After the interview, they were refused on the spot and were told that the NVC needs additional administrative processing to readjudicate the case. They have been waiting for almost 60 days now although it usually takes at least 60 days. It’s neither fully denied nor approved. How likely is this going to be approved? Please share your experience if you have a similar one like this.
