Hi guys I currently have a conditional green card that’s about to expire on January 2022 I’m on the process of finalizing a uncontested divorce (waiting for the divorce decree) and I’m about to file my ROC without my ex. Is there going to be an issue? Our marriage was real it just didn’t work out in the end.
