I am a Canadian citizen residing/working in the US. I got my Nexus card when I was still on H1B visa. When I was there for the interview, I was told that I can just drop in to update them if my immigration status changes.
I got my green card a year ago during the pandemic. The Nexus offices has largely been closed and, as a result, I am not able to drop in to update my status.
I have already entered and left Canada multiple times using the Nexus pass since then. Is there another way to update my status aside from dropping in? Do I have an obligation to update my immigration status within certain timeframe?
