Hey guys,
I submitted by I-526 petition (direct EB5 - no regional center) in Oct 2021. How many months do you think it will take for the petition to be processed given that regional centre I-526 processing is paused at the moment and regional center petitions are something around 95% of overall EB5 applications? Anyway, would love some educated guesses on this. Thanks!!
