I applied for a K1 visa application in November of last year for my fiancé. I didn’t receive any correspondence back until February after calling a my states Congress representative to ask on my behalf. I received the noa1.Since then my case hasn’t been look at in 240 days . I have sent two of the inquiry forms from the website and called the representative’s office again. I was calling and getting through but now the automated voice system bounces me out and hangs up when I ask to speak to a person. My fiancé is in a Facebook group for applicants from her country. She says she is the only one not approved even though many of the people applied after us . Anyone else experiencing a similar stalling ? Andy tips for the phone line? Any other inquiry avenues I should try? My fiancé is Vietnamese if relevant.
