US non-immigrant visa appointments for India?

hello everyone,

I would like to enquire about the waiting period for the non-immigrant visa appointments in India.

I have booked the appointment for L1 blanket based in Chennai, India. The closest date, I could find was in Oct 2022. I booked it once. Can you help me answer few questions:

  1. Is there any other location I can book for L1 in India? I see only Chennai, India is the option.
  2. Are there any tips for booking an early appointment before Oct 2022, my joining date is 1 Dec 2021 in the US?
  3. Is there any specific time when the embassy open new slots? Any chances of the embassy opening them early as well?

Maybe many folks waiting for the slots too, If you can share your experience positive/negative that would give me relief that I am not only alone.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!!
