Hello
I would like to meet my parents as it has been 3 plus years. I am on h1 and unable to travel to India due to not enough appointments for h1 stamping and current international travel regulations. How can I request a waiver for them to travel from India to Us? They are fully vaccinated. I understand they don’t qualify for the waiver as they are non immigrants and I am also on h1B. I have heard about some exceptions being made and people allowed to travel into the US.
Anyone has any tips? I greatly appreciate your help!
