Travel to US post November 8th

Hi Folks

I have just been issued my Visa with NIE,

Will NIE still be valid post Nov 8th 2021 ?

Will having a valid NIE + -ve RTPCR still hold true for travel to the USA post Nov 8th 2021?

I am fully vaccinated but not under the umbrella of the ones approved from FDA / WHO , So the conflict and Confusion
