TN visa -is it ok if I've been in the UK 14-days prior to going for my TN appointment?

Hi folks,

I'm about to get my TN visa (Canadian) but have been in the UK 14-days prior. The UK is on the list of countries that is flagged by the US. I don't intend to go straight to the US once I get my visa approved, but rather return to Canada for a few days to get my affairs in order.

Advice much appreciated!
