Timeline Request for i-130 of LPR, F2A

Perhaps it is too early to ask but really have doubts on the processing time.

My case is IOE and my NOA1 date was on Jan 6, 2021. I believed the case is being processed in California Service Center. I had my inquiry through Emma and I knew my case was being transferred to Vermont.

Unfortunately, it is like the case entered a blackhole which I received no updates ever since.

I would like to ask how long it would take for the case to process. Do you guys have any idea?
