Requirements for a USA work visa

Someone told me that apart from having a job offer from a US company, you also need to have an education till college to be qualified to get a work visa in USA. I currently don't like in USA. Please can someone guide me about the true requirements for getting a work visa in USA. Thanks alot. Sorry for any mistakes in English.

Note: i researched online and didn't find any other requirement except for the job offer. I am asking here to confirm.
