Good morning !
Greetings from Mexico, okay so my case is the following:
Me and my fiance want to start a process for a K1 VISA , for me to live with her in the United States next year, we want to get married and we meet every requirement necessary.
There's one thing that has been making me a little nervous because I don't know if it Plays a role on the process or not.
My dad is a legal resident from the U.S he has had a green card for more than 20 years, we see him every 6 months here in Mexico .
Of course I don't want to live with him , actually my fiance lives in the complete opposite side of the country from where he lives , but do you guys know if this plays a role in the process??? Or it doesn't really matter ??
Thanks
