Since I didn't include the I-693 form with the application, I received a notice recently that I would need to bring it with me when I have an interview. As I see from the form, there's a list of the different vaccines. Do I need to take all of these vaccines? I was born in another country, don't think they keep a record of vaccines there, even though I remembered I took several ones when I was a kid.
