My current long distance relationship journey and questions

I am 27 living in America and for the past 10 months i have been in a long distance relationship with my girlfriend who lives in Pakistan. She is 21 years old. Her parents are divorced and she lives with her birth father and her step mother. having to know her and she shares everything with me she has told me how much of a struggle her life is currently. Her family does not understand her and she is not being treated well. Her birth father and her step mother undermine her and do not want her to be successful. The only plan they have for her is she stays home and just cooks and cleans. But she has dreams and ambitions to be successful and i can provide for her and care for her and be there for support. I have had a good relationship with her birth mother and her birth mother has already approved of our marriage but the only issue is her birth father. Everyone has been trying to convince her birth father but he is not listening or being understanding. I am disabled with a walker and i believe he sees this as a problem which is likely the main reason why he can't accept this. He is very judgmental and doesn't understand how hard i work and what i have gone through. I just need to know if there is still a chance this can work because i can't imagine anyone else i would want to spend the rest of my life with. So my main question is on the k-1 visa form is it mandatory that her birth father must agree for the marraige? is it acceptable if only her birth mother agrees?
