Moving back to USA

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. Essentially, my question is what would I have to do in order to move back to the USA I was born and raised there for 2 years before I moved to Uk and have lived in Uk ever since.

It’s always been my goal to move back but have never really been able to until now.

Apart from myself what would I have to do in order to bring my family with me or what would they have to do in order to come here. My parents previously lived in USA for 8 years or so and had a green card when they were there and my siblings were born in Uk with Italian nationality.

One of my parents had Argentinian citizenship and the other has Italian if that matters at all, thanks guys.

I assume I’d be considered a citizen still but I’m not to sure as rules are different in uk to us. Anyway thanks for the help in advance.

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
