Missed First Biometrics Appointment

Hi guys, (writing for a friend)

I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences regarding missing their first biometrics appointment.

My friend in Portland missed his first biometrics appointment. He called up and USCIS said on the automatic machine that a new appointment will be created in 60 days. The 60 days is coming up within the next couple of days and he has not heard back. The appointment schedule didn't come in the mail it was on his account with no indication of it being there.

Any advice on what to do? Anyone with similar experience?
