My(30m) fiance(23f) and I live in the US and are looking to get her paperwork. Uh, biggest problem is she's undocumented and was deported once already three years ago. She entered undocumented both times. I contacted a lawyer about what we can do and they said nothing can be done. Maybe its true, but I just find it hard to believe that there is nothing we can do.
Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.. Thank you in advanced.
