we have a slight issue with her birth certificate using her turkish name, and using her bulgarian passport for the visa with her bulgarian name. the embassy are asking for "officlal document explaining your name change between turkish birth certificate and bulgarian passport"
apparently the bulgarian alphabet doesn't have the letter C. so the C in her turkish name is swapped out with some other alphabet.
in this scenario, are they asking us to submit some form of affidavit explaining the name difference? she has her turkish ID card so i'm thinking sending in a copy of that as a attachment. the only thing that doesn't get me is what do they mean by "official document"
