Hi all, any advice is appreciated. Came into the US illegally when I was ten in 2004. We crossed the Rio Grande and got apprehended by immigration officers. They took us in and set an immigration court date and we were allowed to wait for it in the United States. Unfortunately, my parents decided not to go due to fearing deportation. Now I am married to a US citizen and currently have DACA. We are looking for lawyers and have come across some that have said that this might cause an issue due to possibly being w/o inspection which complicates things. So is this technically entering w/o inspection? Any help is appreciated!
