I (16M) want to go to the US to go to a university and enlist in the Navy. How can I do that?

I am currently living in Russia, and am fluent in english. I want to go to a university in the US for a degree in Psychology & enlist in the US Navy. However, I do not know of a way to get a green card in my situation. Can anyone help?
