I applied for I-130 for my wife who is an Iraqi citizen back in August 2019. I finished everything now my case is at the NVC awaiting for interview date. The embassy that they chose for us is Abu Dhabi. Currently there’s a visa ban for Iraqis to enter UAE. I was wondering how I can switch to a new embassy and what that entails. I have tried an expedite letter but it’s been 3 months and it’s still under review. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated!
