I have a buddy in Venezuela seeking to immigrate to the USA legally to become a citizen and work. He is 20 years old and speaks fluent English and Spanish. He has an aunt living in Florida.
How can he begin the immigration process and where should he begin filling out information?
Edit; He is also willing to join the military if that can accelerate his immigration and/or citizenship process.
