Has it happened to anyone else?

Hi all. Not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm in need of support. I got an email today that a decision had been made on my case. It was bad news. My petition for alien fiance was denied. It didn't state why just that a letter was sent and should arrive soon. I'm a little confused because a few months ago USCIS requested additional information and I of course mailed it to them with little delay and I'm confident I complied and gave them everything they needed. I'm praying this is something that can be appealed and remedied as me moving to his country is not an option. I'm trying to stay positive but it's devastating to think if I can't fix this it'll be the end of my three year relationship. Any advice or support is appreciated. Thank you!

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
