ESTA: "Have you ever committed fraud or misrepresented yourself or orhers to obtain, or assist others..."

In a previous DS-160 for a visa that was granted I forgot to mention a job where I was previously employed. The job was legal (not prostitution, illegal etc.) but I definitely forgot to list it.

Does this mean I have to answer yes to this question in the esta application regarding misrepresentation?

Or is it only if you committed wilful misrepresentation of a material fact that you answer yes?

I answered no to the question but now Im not sure whether I made a mistake
