Entry during OPT period while STEM EAD is delivered at US address.

While STEM OPT was pending, I came to my country. USCIS delivered the STEM EAD card in 30 days, while I am out of US.

Right now, I have valid OPT EAD till December, valid OPT I20 and STEM OPT I20, visa and passport. Do I need to carry the STEM OPT EAD too for entry before December? The start date of STEM EAD is in mid January.
