I am offered a job by an American company and I'm not so sure if I would need to have an EAD for me to accept it?
I'm from Asia, the work will be full-time and 100% remote.
Under 'Proof of Legal Right to Work' it says that I need to provide the company proof of identity and "eligibility for employment in the United States". Does that mean an EAD of is there something different? Easier to get?
Thank you and looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
