"at least a high school education or its equivalent, defined as successful completion of a 12-year course of formal elementary and secondary education"
I quit school after what is equivalent to Grade 9 and took IGCSE and International A'Levels without attending a formal school/institution. Am I considered to have successfully completed formal 12-year education and can I apply for the diversity visa?
I am already attending a university/college in my country and will also be getting an NCC diploma in less than a year. Let's say I am ineligible with the IGCSE and International A'Levels, will the NCC diploma suffice the next time I apply again.
