Wondering if anyone has submitted H-1B petition with premium processing through California center recently. We got the receipt Oct 1. I know it’s within the 15 day period still but I’m getting anxious waiting so wondering what others experiences have been like. I’m cap exempt but I know the cap petitions were filed around this time (I think?) so maybe more applications at this time.
I did an H-1B transfer a couple years ago for the exact same job title and it took only 2 days to approve.
I’m in a stressful job situation currently and antsy to get out. I recognize I’m being anxious and impatient but hoping hearing other experiences will help calm my nerves.
