Canadian trying to get a work visa in the USA, don't know where to begin
I'm an electrician, I have 5000 hours documented with the Industry Training Authority in Canada. For schooling I have 2 Levels out of 4.
I've got 400 hours documented in my plumbers apprenticeship, too.
This is my only skill on paper that I have an education towards. I'd be willing to work as a line cook, or dishwasher or whatever.
I don't know where to start. Hiring an immigration attorney is a little out of my budget right now.
Any help would be appreciated.
