So my friend decided to invite me in to Canada so i can apply for an asylum request safely. But we have to technically lie im not going there for a "touristic " visit. Every resource i found on this matter recommended we do this but my question is can she get in trouble for inviting me or partially lying about my visit? I just dont want to throw my friend under the bus with this. She seems unconcerned but im not comfortable with the idea.
