Can my deported Uncles come back to the U.S?

My twin uncles came to the U.S when they were 5 from Nicaragua they basically grew up here. They got arrested for drug possession and were deported to Nicaragua when they were about 19. They are in their 30’s and not a day passes that they wish to return. Could they legally return if they have family and children here? If it’s been more than 10 years? We live in New Jersey
