I couldnt find this information anywhere. My spouse had a child before we got married. If I go to the USA on a TN work visa (Canadian), my spouse can come on a TD visa, but is her child eligible to a TD visa? Will the child be considered my dependent because I am married to her mother, or will she not be eligible because my name is not on her birth certificate?
Any info would be much appreciated.
