b2 appointment

Hey I'm a belgian citizen but i'm not eligible for an ESTA since i was born in Iraq. Therefore, a visa appointment is required. I'm planning on traveling there in mid December but i'm afraid that all the administrative stuff will delay it which i hope it won't. So do you have any idea where the B2 visa appointments are set to start again ? Do I have any chance to make it at time ?
