Advise on Steps to get an EB-2/EB-3 Visa

Hi. I have been working remotely and on part time basis with this company in US and they are now interested on bringing me on full time.

We were looking at the possibility of EB-2/EB-3 visa and it seems to be suitable. Im however a bit confused about the process.

We have to submit ETA form 9089 , is this the PERM process? Or do we need to do something else?

Then after it’s approved we submit the I-140?
