I'm a bay area techie in USA. My h1b got approved in oct 2020 and have been in H1b status since then
- When is the right time to ask my employer to start the green card/i140 process as well ?
- How easy/difficult it is to switch employers after I140 approval ? How often do companies(especially tech) revoke the I140 ? How has been your experience switching employers ?
