IV Interview reschedule procedure

I have a situation I need to know if someone has experience: With just 10 days notice, the Embassy scheduled an interview for my husband and three minor step-children. My husband was able to schedule the medical exams in time but my step-daughters' school refused to release the girls for the medical exam then, interview one week later. It is a private school and the government overseeing the schools could not get the school to cooperate. They stalled us enough that we ran out of time. So, the other night, I reluctantly went online to reschedule the interviews. Of course, there are no interviews to reschedule. I had to create an account for each person. I have emailed the embassy and asked them to reschedule all 4 persons and asked how long it would be for another interview and I have not had a reply but it has been only two days. I consulted RapidVisa and they say I just have to wait for the embassy and to try to call them. I already tried to call and there is no way to get to a person in their phone system. I am going to try again Sunday night when it will be Monday morning there. The girls get out of school at the end of next week and we plan to keep them out of school now as the school could do this to us again. My questions:

Will the embassy automatically reschedule all four? (Each person is listed in the scheduling system as separate, not a group and I don't see how I can reschedule them separately.) Do I need to hire an immigration attorney since my firm is not helping me? Is there a suggestion on what to do here?

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
