Hi there, working as a product (UX) Designer/Content Strategist at a big tech in Canada. Employer offered to sponsor L1B to transfer to San Fran office - but I don't have a degree or any years put towards a higher education. Given how I'd likely be open to stay in the States, I was wondering what my chances would be with receiving an EB.
Without a degree I don't think I'd qualify for EB-2, and as for EB-3 I'm not sure if my professional would qualify for "unskilled labor" given how the jobs in my profession generally requires (any nonspecific) bachelor's in postings.
